Deborah Reynolds is the founder and President of About Face Image Consulting Inc. A Corporate Image Consultant with sixteen years of experience working primarily with businesswomen and men in the corporate world, Deborah helps to redefine, repair, create and build the image and reputation of individuals and companies, giving them a competitive edge in the marketplace so they will be remembered.
She attained a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Criminology and Political Science from Simon Fraser University, specializing in international politics. She worked for fifteen years in law enforcement before taking an “about face”. Her service with the federal government included ‘life on the installment plan’ with the Correctional Service of Canada. However, her reputation with international law enforcement personnel was gained as a tenacious Immigration Investigator. The highlights of her law enforcement career were the capture of one of “America’s Most Wanted” and the “Second Most Wanted” in Germany.
Her exposure to different cultures at various socio-economic levels of business and government, and her networking ability has gained her international clients and a reputation as a no-nonsense but approachable businesswoman with strong people skills. She is a sought after Consultant for grooming executives. Deborah consults and speaks on such topics as dealing with difficult people, performance issues, communication and assertiveness skills, customer service, networking skills, stress management, social, business and dining etiquette, and multicultural protocols. Deborah is also a color specialist, consulting on the use and impact of color in business.
The cornerstone of Deborah’s approach is connecting with her clients on a personal level and developing their image from the inside out, starting with the assessment of one’s own values, character and ethics.
